We're Jaime & Erin, owners of Hallows Woodfired Pizza in St. Helens, OR. We specialize in fun, rustic "casual catering", focusing on neapolitan-style pizza, fresh local veggies, premium cheeses & meats, and the best blistery crust you will find anywhere! We bake exclusively in our portable Gozney woodfire/hybrid oven, which is ideal for covering (and entertaining) groups of roughly 20 to 100 guests.
Just like at the cart, every pie is hand-stretched and baked to order, so we work best in a buffet style setting, where we cook and replenish the table continuously throughout the event, as opposed to a traditional sit down "everyone eats at once" dinner. What can we say?We really love a good old-fashioned barn wedding, hay bales and all.
