Hi! We are Jaime and Erin.

We began our pizza journey in 2018, when Jaime left the world of corporate management to pursue a lifelong dream of not having to sit at a desk writing emails for 8 hours a day.

In April of 2019, we won a business plan competition through SHEDco which afforded us the funds to make Hallows a reality!

Now we get to obsess over perfect dough fermentation, imported tomatoes, and discovering the best local ingredient sources in Columbia County.

Pizza should have personality, and the best personalities are the ones that are both fun and honest.

We aren’t interested in the world of bland, conveyor-belt pizzas that are full of additives, creepy chemicals, and flavor enhancements to manipulate our senses. We just want to make simple, high-quality pizza for our community using only fresh ingredients, time-honored baking practices, and a commitment to enjoying the process.

That’s why we make our hand-crafted dough and sauces daily in small batches - nothing frozen or pre-fabricated EVER.
